Замена MRU не является заботой DP операторов, скорее это к ETO. Может  и так, но на практике, когда хочешь, чтобы было сделано хорошо, то контролируешь правильное выполнение процесса. По этому, всем кому может пригодиться инструкция по замене MRU, выкладываю ниже. И пусть здесь и будет. Порой на блоге найти информацию проще, чем у себя на жестком диске.

If the replacement MRU is pre-configured with correct configuration file, then:

1. Ensure 24V fuse for the MRU is turned OFF 2. Unlock the cable connector from MRU by gently twisting the lock, and then unplug the cable from unit. 3. Hold the unit, and loosen the 4 screws securing the MRU unit to its bracket. 4. Remove the unit, clearly noting down the arrow mark on the unit. 5. Slide in replacement unit (pre-configured) aligning arrow same way as the old unit. 6. Secure the 4 screws back. 7. Plug the cable back in aligning the connector correctly, and gently twist in opposite direction to lock it. 8. Turn the 24VDC fuse back on. 9. MRU should be back online in a few minutes time.

Note: Never loosen/remove the mounting bracket from wall.

If the replacement unit is not "pre-configured", you would require a 24V power supply, MRU configuration cable, and a computer with serial port and MRU configuration software installed. Using this, old/original unit must be connected and copy the config file to computer first. Then plug the replacement unit, and transfer the config file back to unit from computer.

P.S. У нас MRU заменен успешно. Работает.

В зависимости от MRU, калибровку рекомендуют проводить каждые 1-4 года. Смотрите рекомендацию производителю. И помните, что это рекомендация. В моём случае MRU отправляли на калибровку в Норвегию. На это время арендуют другой MRU.
